I’ve encountered yesterday an issue with my Globe Tattoo Broadband after I reformatted my computer. Here’s how I solve it.
First: Right click on your “My Computer”
Second: Click on “Manage“.
Third: Under Services and Applications, click “Services“.
Fourth: For Startup Type, select Manual. Then click on Start button under Service status. Then click OK.
Five: Do the same with Remote Access Auto Connection Manager and Remote Access Connection Manager.
